Aaron Hernandez's fiancee is concerned confirmation from the ex-NFL's star's passing could be disposed of ... so she's suing the Dept. of Corrections to ensure they protect each and every thing that could demonstrate he didn't slaughter himself. 

Shayanna Jenkins - the mother of Aaron's 4-year-old girl - documented court docs Wednesday asking a better court judge than keep state authorities from pulverizing video recordings, physical proof and jail records associated with Hernandez. 

Furthermore, why? 

Aaron's lawyer, Jose Baez, has proposed Hernandez's passing wasn't suicide - it was murder - and he pledged to run his own particular examination to get to reality. 

It shows up Jenkins is doing her part to help Baez's examination. 

The judge is hearing the matter Friday.
